You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original packaging (if included)

Hygiene items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was delivered

How to start a return

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• A short reason for the return

We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.
