Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries. Shipping availability and delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order via our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order is processed, changes may no longer be possible.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries we offer returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Do you accept returns on underwear?
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
