• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.

Hygiene Notice

• For hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms (thongs, briefs, panties) are final sale, unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll send return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
